Rita lives on Anna Maria Island where she specializes in “near the Beach” properties. She has been involved in real estate for the past twenty five years ranging from residential home sales to managing and selling new construction. She enjoys every phase of real estate but her favorite aspect is finding the perfect home for people relocating to Florida . She wants every buyer to feel that they have seen as many houses as necessary to make an informed purchase. She began her real estate career in Pennsylvania where she enjoyed 15 years with Weichert Realtors. Prior to making her home in Anna Maria she lived in Crested Butte, Colorado as the owner of the Last Resort Bed and Breakfast. Now she and her husband are loving living on the water. They are avid sailors and are having a great time exploring the waters and the vast amount of coastline to be explored in the Sarasota area.
